About Agent Workshops

UniLive Agent Workshops are exclusive, half-day professional sessions designed for universities who want to build direct relationships with certified recruitment agents operating across Azerbaijan, Turkey, and the wider South Caucasus region.

As a participating university, you will present your latest programme portfolio, scholarship opportunities, and admissions updates to a carefully vetted audience of professional agents — the intermediaries who directly advise and place hundreds of students each year.

Each session includes one-on-one meeting slots between universities and agents, giving your team a focused opportunity to establish partnerships, clarify agent agreements, and explore co-marketing possibilities.

General Info

Universities participating in the workshop will receive a pre-session briefing pack including agent profiles, regional market data, and a suggested talking points guide. Each university is allocated a 15-minute presentation slot followed by open Q&A, plus two 20-minute one-on-one meeting slots with pre-selected agents.

Post-workshop, all universities receive a contact list of attending agents along with a summary of expressed interest per programme. Coffee, lunch, and networking are included.

Places are limited to 50 universities per session to ensure quality engagement. Early applications are prioritised.
