About Agent Workshops

UniLive Agent Workshops give certified recruitment agents direct access to 50+ international universities in a single half-day session. Instead of chasing information from scattered emails and websites, you meet admissions teams in person, ask questions, and leave with everything you need to confidently advise and place your students.

Each workshop includes structured presentation rounds from universities, dedicated one-on-one meeting slots, and a networking lunch. Agents who attend consistently report higher placement confidence and improved commissions in the months that follow.

Attendance is free for certified agents. Registration is required — sessions fill quickly.

General Info

As a registered agent, you will receive a pre-session digital brochure pack from all participating universities. During the session, you attend university presentations (grouped by region/programme focus) and participate in two pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings with universities you've expressed interest in.

Agents who attend three or more UniLive workshops in a calendar year receive a Verified UniLive Agent badge — visible to students on the UniLive platform and valued by partner universities during commission negotiations.

Lunch, coffee, and all session materials are provided at no cost. Online attendance is available for agents based outside Baku.
